The Champion Team
The Hoosiers were an underdog basketball team, but they could become champions. There are three reasons in our view of point why they could be the champions. First and foremost, there was a very intelligent coach leading the team. He had a lot of experience as he used to coach in a college. He had many difference ideas to settle the team's problems. He always showed a smile filled with confidence and handled a group of undisciplined athletes. Not only was the coach the centerpiece of the team, but there was also a former basketball star continually training these kids, and made them become an invincible team. Besides, the team's players were quite great. The guard in the game could keep the ball running very well and the team players steal the ball when their team needed to get points. The forwards and center were not only able to get the rebounds, but also got the score when their team was losing. Jimmy was the key player in this basketball team. His job was trying his best to get scores. He was an outstanding shooter. Last but not least, this was united team. Whenever their scores were lower than opponents, they never gave up. Every one of team players believed in each other. Although there were some mistakes, they never complained. They would stay in their position and support each other. Their ambition was to become champions. To sum it up, in the darkness, they were walking toward light, and we know that the championship undoubtedly, unequivocally and unabashedly belongs to this team.

My Goals for the Semester
I have some important goals for the semester. First, I need to study hard in my classes. I work full time these days. After work I’m taking the ESL 122 class on Mondays and Wednesdays. Fridays and Sundays are my dancing classes. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are my days for exercise. So I need to get a plan for how I am going to study better. By going to classes every day, paying attention to the teacher, taking notes and doing my homework after classes, and study as much as in my free time. Second, I need to lose some weight. Last year I have gained 10 pounds for some reason that kept on me for a whole year. So for this semester I have planned to do my exercise every other day. I need to watch my diet. There may be food that makes me gain so much weight, so I need to find a personal trainer to help me. Third, I need to be outgoing to meet more people. To do that, I’m already taking some dancing classes. I need not to be shy. I need to be more confident. Also, I need to have fun and get attention from people. In terms of getting all my goals done I have to work hard.
